The parcels in Turkey can be queried based on various criteria such as administrative query (within the hierarchy of province, district, neighborhood, island, and parcel), address query (based on the entered address), coordinate query (based on entered coordinate values), and map-based query (query based on coordinates selected on the map). The system provides attribute information of the parcels including administrative details like province, district, neighborhood, island, and parcel information, area measurement, map sheet information, location information, and attribute information, as well as geographical details like coordinate information. Once parcels are found, their coordinates and information can be downloaded from the application in formats such as PDF, KML, and GeoJson. Additionally, route services from providers like Google Maps, Bing Maps, Yandex Map, etc., can be used for routing on the found parcels. The Spatial Real Estate System (MEGSIS) works on harmonizing and controlling land registry and cadastre information. This application presents basic information related to cadastre data that has been harmonized with land registry data within the scope of MEGSIS. In case of discrepancies between the displayed records and the information you have, it is advised to contact the relevant land registry and/or cadastre directorate. Location information for properties is provided with approximate coordinates for testing purposes. The information presented in this application cannot be used for official or commercial purposes.
