Description

harmo is a medication notebook service that uses cards. There are two types of members: Card Members and Light Members. Card Members can register by getting a card at a harmo-affiliated store. Once registered, they can use the card to share their medication notebook with doctors and pharmacists at harmo-affiliated medical institutions. Medications dispensed at harmo-affiliated pharmacies are automatically registered in the app, eliminating the risk of forgetting to register. Card Members can also access their medication notebook on a computer and enjoy all other services provided by harmo. For those who do not have a harmo-affiliated store nearby, they can register as Light Members and use the service through the smartphone app alone. There are two methods of registration. The first method involves receiving a prescription at a pharmacy and scanning the QR code on the electronic medication notebook in the "User Registration" camera screen. This method allows for convenient registration of medication information along with the QR code. The second method involves inputting personal information such as name, gender, and date of birth to register as a user. This method is recommended for those who want to prepare in advance and also allows for recording allergies, side effects, and medical history, which can be useful for future consultations and prescriptions. As a Light Member, users need to manually register their medications. They can simply scan the QR code on the electronic medication notebook for dispensed medications or manually input over-the-counter drugs and health supplements. The app provides suggestions for medication names, making input easy and hassle-free. harmo app's features include the ability to manage multiple medication notebooks for family members on a single smartphone, record side effects and allergies for children's medications, review past medical history and trends, set medication reminders to prevent forgetting, and share medication notebooks among multiple smartphones for Card Members. The app also supports the "e YakLink" service, which allows for mutual access to information between different electronic medication notebook services provided by the Japan Pharmaceutical Association.
